Policies and Procedures

Our Accessibility Policy is part of our commitment to making high-quality, cost-effective goods and services accessible to all our customers.

Upon request, we would be happy to provide more information about policies and procedures regarding our services to people with disabilities, in a format that takes into account the person's disability. Accessible Building Features

We strive to offer accessible facilities, and have the following features for your convenience:

  • Power-operated, automatic door openers on main entrances
  • Wheelchair accessible meeting rooms for visitors and employees
  • Wheelchair accessible washrooms for visitors and employees
  • Lowered counters in our front Reception area
  • Elevator to the upper floors
  • Sidewalk curb for wheelchair and walker access

Planned Visits - Accommodation Requests

We value all our customers and look forward to meeting with you. Please let us know how we can serve you best. If you will require assistance during a planned visit to our office, please fill out a Customer Accommodation Request Form.

If a disruption limits accessibility features that you identified as required for your visit, the representative you are scheduled to meet will make every reasonable effort to contact you in advance to discuss an alternative arrangement suitable to both of you.

Unplanned Visits - Notice of Accessibility Device Temporarily Out of Service

Please check the website for accessibility notices before making an unscheduled visit to our facilities. If an accessibility device is temporarily out of service, notification will be posted on our website.
