ENWIN Utilities Ltd. (ENWIN) is the licensed electricity distribution company serving customers in the City of Windsor, and is responsible for the local distribution of electricity, and the service and maintenance of the local electricity distribution infrastructure.
The Windsor Utilities Commission (WUC) owns the water treatment system serving customers in Windsor, Tecumseh and LaSalle and owns the distribution system serving customers in Windsor. WUC maintains a contract of service with ENWIN for the management of WUC’s administrative and operational functions. WUC and ENWIN work with Windsor to provide a safe, reliable source of water for our community.
