Credit Card Payment

We offer two quick and easy ways to make payments using MasterCard, Visa and AMEX through our automated bill payment system, powered by Paymentus Corporation.

1. Web Payment: Click on the Continue button below to be transferred to a secure web page.

  • Enter payment information, including account number, credit card details and payment amount.
  • Confirm agreement to pay a convenience fee.
  • Click on Make Payment.
  • You will get a confirmation number if the transaction is successful.

Credit Card Payment FAQ

How will my payment be confirmed?
Payment by either method will be made known to ENWIN immediately. If you have any questions, call our call centre at 519-255-2727 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

How much will I be paying in convenience fees?
Each transaction is subject to service fee of 1.93% of the total payment. There is no maximum service fee amount per transaction. MasterCard, Visa and AMEX payments are accepted. ENWIN does not receive any portion of the convenience fee.

Can you give me some payment examples?
If you wish to make a credit card payment of $265.25, click on the Continue button above or telephone 1-866-904-4452. You will be prompted to input your account number, credit card number and expiry date, and the payment amount of $265.25. You will be asked to confirm that you agree with the convenience fee of $5.12. If you agree, your credit card will be charged $270.37 ($265.25 + $5.12) and you will get a confirmation number.

 

Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PAP)

Avoid late payment charges, save on postage, and avoid the inconvenience of writing cheques and keeping track of due dates. You can set up PAP hassle-free by using our myENWIN Portal.

You may also print and fill out the PAP application form below then send it back to us. Include a void cheque/bank form with the completed application form.

Payments made through the PAP program are withdrawn from your bank account on the due date of the bill.

Please note: the name on the bank account must match that of the ENWIN account holder.

Telephone and Internet Banking

Contact your financial institution to set up telephone and/or internet banking. When setting us up as one of your payees, use the ten-digit Account Number on the front page of your bill.

If you move to a new address, your ENWIN account number will change. Please remember to update your account number through your online or telephone banking profile. We recommend you make this change after the final payment for your previous address.

Payments made through telephone/online banking typically take 1-3 business days to be received and applied to your ENWIN account.

 

Banks or Other Financial Institutions

Take your bill to a bank teller, or submit the bottom portion of your bill when paying through an ATM. Payments not received by the due date are subject to late payment charges.

Payments made through finanincal institutions typically take 1-3 business days.

Please allow 1-3 business days for ENWIN to receive and apply payment made from your financial institution. Payments made through Western Union, Money Mart, etc. take 7-10 business days.

 

MoneyGram

Cash transfer through MoneyGram allows customers without a bank account to make cash payments. A service fee of $3.99 is charged per transfer. Payments are received in one business day.

Money transfers can be made at any Canada Post location and at select retailers. (look for the MoneyGram logo in a retailers’ windows or find a location online by visiting this link.
