Power Savings Blitz

Get up to $1000 in FREE energy efficient upgrades for your business at absolutely NO COST to you. Reducing your electricity consumption means lower electricity bills and less cash out of pocket. We're here to help you use less. It's easy!

Who Qualifies?

This program is offered for EnWin electricity customers who have a demand of less than 50kW, and whose business is categorized as non-food service, retail, or office. Restaurants and grocery stores are not eligible at this time.

How Does the Program Work?

A representative from EnWin Utilities will visit your store to:

  • Assess your lighting and other electricity saving opportunities
  • Identify the opportunity for upgrades in the lighting and other simple electricity savings retrofits (new fluorescent lighting, LED exit signs, etc.)
  • Present you with recommendations. This list will show you a comparison of what your electricity costs are now, and how much you could save after the upgrade.
  • With your approval, the representative will have their team of licensed electricians arrange a convenient time to install the upgrades
  • You're under no obligation to purchase additional energy-efficiency measures to receive the $1,000 of free upgrades.

Will this Affect my Business?

These retrofits are quick and easy, and can generally be done when the store is open. They will probably only take a few hours to complete. Plus, when we're done we'll give you window sign to show your neighbours that you're doing your part to ensure a cleaner and greener future for all of us.

Why am I Getting Something for Nothing?

Electricity conservation is a key objective for the province. New lighting technology is up to 35% more energy efficient! The electricity savings more than offset the cost of implementing this program, which is why we're offering your business these upgrades for free!
