Accessible Building Features

We strive to maintain accessible facilities, and have provided the following features for your convenience:

  • Power-operated, automatic door openers on main entrances
  • Wheelchair accessible meeting rooms for visitors and employees
  • Wheelchair accessible washrooms for visitors and employees
  • Lowered counters in our front Reception area
  • Elevator to the upper floors
  • Sidewalk curb for wheelchair and walker access

Planned Visits - Accommodation Requests

Should a disruption limit accessibility features identified in advance by you as required for your visit, the representative with whom you are meeting will make every reasonable effort to contact you in advance to discuss an alternative arrangement suitable to both parties.

Unplanned Visits - Notice of Accessibility Device Temporarily Out of Service

Please be sure to check the website for accessibility notices prior to unscheduled visits to our facilities. In the event an accessibility device is temporarily out of service, notification will be posted in this location.
